All our staff are bound with the following Confidentiality agreement:
Each employee shall maintain the confidentiality of information belonging to the company regarding Dust Busters, officers, customers, employees, guest supplier, or competitors.
- Employees having access to customer data and contact details must hold it confidentially, as this belongs to the company. If any information regarding customer’s contact details or information are disclosed, then employee is subject to severe sanctions to be decided by the management.
- Any employee with access to private data is expected to hold it in strict confidence.
- Employees should not discuss what they see, hear or read at customer’s premises with third party. The obligation to preserve the confidentiality of propriety information continues even after the employee ceases to have a relationship with Dust Busters.
